1. Use of Our Website

2. Product Information & Food Disclaimer

Maturables products are intended for general consumption and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and consulting healthcare providers regarding allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions.

3. Perishable Products & Storage Responsibility

Our products require refrigeration. Customers are responsible for prompt refrigeration upon delivery. Risk of loss transfers once delivery is confirmed. We are not liable for spoilage due to delayed retrieval or improper storage.

4. Orders & Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, limit quantities, correct pricing errors, or cancel suspected fraudulent transactions. Refunds for canceled orders will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, branding, text, graphics, and images are the property of Maturables and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maturables shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
